Nightlife Activities in Orlando

There are a number of places that you can go all day long while in Orlando. The city is filled with things to do in the day, but what about if someone is a night person. It turns out this child friendly town is also a great place to go if you need a little night life fun. Go grab yourself a room in one of the four star hotels. Orlando nights are just waiting to be explored.
Since the majority of people are probably there for the Disney experience it wouldn’t be out of line to tell you that one of the great nightlife hot spots is the Walt Disney World Resort. There is club hopping and shopping to be done late into the night. When you get tired of dancing and shopping you can find a nice restaurant, take a relaxing break and eat in the quiet hours of the night before getting ready for you day activities.
Sand Lake Road is also sometimes known as Restaurant Row and for a good reason. There are nearly twenty restaurants in this small one mile stretch with a few of them open through the wee hours of the night. A number of them will also feature live music of all types for your enjoyment. There is even a range of types of restaurants and price ranges. You don’t have to spend big bucks to get a meal here although it might not be a bad idea with some great restaurants in this stretch.
If you need a more active nightlife than either of these can provide just head to down town Orlando. There are a number of streets that house the clubs, restaurants, bars and more that make up the nightlife of this area. If you can’t find anything you want to do, or if you don’t want to have to explore the whole area, take a look down Orange Street. This is the area to find the Indie and underground artists if that is what you are interested in. The indie scene here is going strong. It mostly started parallel to the UK underground scene so it makes sense that those who perform here have a lot of pride in what they do.
