How to Focus on the Fun of Christmas

Christmas Day is almost here. Are you excited? If you’re like most adults then you are mostly excited but you’re also a little bit stressed out. There is just so much to do for Christmas when you aren’t a kid anymore.
Here are some tips to help you focus on the fun of Christmas:
- Get things done in advance. We’re running a little late to do much in advance but if you still have stuff that needs to be done before Christmas day then get on it right now.
- Put everything else out of your mind until Christmas is over. Sure you need to sign up for those Cisco training courses because your boss is requiring you to get your Cisco certification next year. But no, you don’t need that on your mind right now. Put it on the calendar for January and forget about it.
- Spend time with kids. It’s really easy to get sucked into the drama of Christmas when you’re venting with the adults in your life. It’s not nearly as easy to hate Christmas hassles when you’re enjoying the laughter and excitement of kids at Christmas.
- Lighten up. Things don’t have to be perfect this Christmas. Go easy on yourself!
