Work Transfer

Well I really was not planning on moving. In fact I just hate the idea of moving all together. When I bought my house that I’m in now, I swore that this was the last time, and that I would never move again. And I have to say that I’m pretty well settled in here too. I don’t even want to think about how much stuff that I have done to the place just to make it uniquely mine like painting, tile floors and the new kitchen I put in.
But suddenly I am looking at San Diego County real estate, specifically townhomes in Carlsbad because I have been transferred with my work. And even though the majority of my work can be done out of a home office, I do have to be on site with clients a couple of times a week. So since there is no way I could commute back and forth from phoenix, I have a realtor here selling my house, and a realtor in Carlsbad helping me buy the new, but smaller place. I have to say that I’m going to miss having a back yard with a swimming pool in it, but at least there is a community pool at the new place. And I suppose there is the ocean right there too, so it should all be OK.
