Alarm System Query…

I was wondering if they offer any sort of security alarm now that can detect a criminal ruckus from the ruckus of everyday life. I have a very sensitive home security system that goes off if movement is detected in the room. I decided to get it installed because I own a lot of antiques and have some rather valuable music equipment. Recently, the family next door started allowing their teenage son to practice with his rock band in their basement. While I’m all for live music and artistic aspirations, it’s becoming a nuisance because when things vibrate in my rooms, it is being detected as movement. Luckily I have been working from home lately so I am here to shut off the alarm immediately when it goes off. But I’m just worried about when I next go away on a business trip that the alarm will go off and ADT Denver will be called to my house. I’m not sure if I get charged for false alarms like that but, if I do, it could rack up a lot cause they practice practically everyday. Is there any new, advanced security system out there that can detect a vibration from human movement? Or should I simply talk to my security provider about changing my service? Thanks for the advice!
