A Real Live Chocolate Diet Would Be Perfect

I would truly be ten pounds thinner if only I didn’t love sugar and especially chocolate so much. It’s like my drug or something.  I even find that I’m more successful on my diets if I can at least eat one Hershey’s kiss at mid-morning or something.  It totally even puts me into a better mood.  Now I know how smokers must feel.

I’ve heard of something called the Cookie diet that sounds very intriguing to me.  And what’s more, it sounds so easy.  I just cannot fit a lot of food preparation into my life right now.  Buying fresh ingredients and preparing them simply…well, it sounds nice, but I’m in the middle of a brief phase of life where I have no time for anything.  I really really just want to grab stuff and run for the time being.  Some day, I’ll relax and enjoy food and food preparation more, but not now.

So has anyone tried this so-called Cookie Weight Loss?  That seems like a great way to start, at least. But then ultimately, I’ll have to deal with these constant sugar and chocolate cravings.  Do you think they’ll ever come up with a patch the way they have one for smokers?  That would be very neat.

    A cookie diet sounds fabulous, but I’m not sure how that diet would work out in the long run. If you don’t have time to prepare fresh meals, try some protein or granola bars they are great for a quick burst of nutrition!
