College Classes

One of my friends from college recently took a class on line. Typically I always thought online classes would be easier than traditional college classes. My friend had a young daughter and was trying to finish her degree as quick as possible. I actually have several friends that work full time and take a full time course load of classes. I’m not exactly sure how they manage all that responsibility. To my friends dismay the online college classes were just as challenging as the traditional college classes. Recently I’ve been looking at the master degree programs online.
I’ve been discussing with my husband pursuing a masters MBA in business communications. In today’s competitive job market, masters have become increasingly important in landing a decent position. Most of my friends from college are entering a master’s program within a year of graduation. Already, as college juniors, my friends are carrying around GRE and LSAT testing workbooks to prepare themselves for the placement tests. I’ll be taking the GRE test and I’ve heard it’s a psychological battle. The scoring centers on the difficulty of the questions you choose to answer.
Online college degrees are growing in popularity and provide a great alternative to the traditional college experience.
