I’m a small business owner. This means I’m also my own salesperson, receptionist, bookkeeper, cheerleader and support staff. I don’t have time to do it all! When it comes to marketing my services, I discovered I just couldn’t go it alone. That’s when I discovered the power of integrated marketing.
This type of marketing marries the best of printed materials with the Internet for a more holistic approach. The end result is a campaign that is deeply personal to my clients, cost effective and unbelievably effective.
The one to one marketing company I found to help me out with the effort really knows its stuff. It recommended a more traditional approach to marketing. By this, I mean it suggested I address my clients directly in my marketing materials. Thanks to personalized URL functions and printing on demand, I’ve been able to do this.
Overall, I’ve discovered this multipronged approach to marketing really pays off. My conversion rate on the web pages is high and my customers are pleased I address them by name. They believe they’ve formed a tight relationship with me. This is something I value.
As a small business owner, I just can’t do it all. I’m glad I turned to a good marketing firm to help me with the important details. Pretty soon, I’m going to have to hire some full-time help to keep up with orders!
