Asking My Help Regarding a Car

Haven’t people learned yet that I am not a car person?  They are always asking me about how to fix their car.  I have no clue about cars, trucks, truck accessories, or anything of that nature.  Ask me about a computer and I can help you out.  Ask me to teach you how to play poker, and I can help you.  Ask me how to replace your alternator and I’ll give you my mechanics number.

For example, my friend wanted me to go shopping with him for bull bars.  I reminded him that I didn’t drink.  He looked at me funny.  Then I thought maybe he meant something about the rodeo, so I thought we might be going to Bull Buckin’ in Boonesboro.  Nope, wrong again.  Apparently they are some type of bumper extension.  Who knew?

They he started telling me how he wanted to go rhino with his truck.  The first thing that popped into my head was a safari.  Of course that doesn’t work.  We don’t even live near a zoo.  Then I thought maybe he was going to make a truck for a demolition derby that is held in Natural Bridge.  Nope, he was talking about a truck liner. 

I basically put gas, oil, and water in my car and drive it.  Otherwise, I am the wrong person to ask about a car.  One day people will learn this.
